Lock fittings and replacements have the published 12-month guarantee for covered lock-mechanism defects and installation work, subject to the scope and exclusions on the terms page. If a possible covered fault develops, call so it can be inspected against those terms.
The published starting-price basis has no separate night, weekend or bank-holiday surcharge. The agreed total for an individual job still depends on the diagnosed work, required parts and approved scope.
