BS3621 Locks & Home Insurance in Cheylesmore — What You Need to Know

The vast majority of home and contents insurance policies issued by mainstream UK insurers specify BS3621 five-lever mortice deadlocks on all final exit doors as a condition of cover. This isn't a recommendation — it's a policy condition, meaning that if you make a claim following a burglary and you didn't have the required locks, your insurer may reject the claim or reduce the payout.
